Renav on the web stores your email, accounts, balances, goals, holdings, schedules and settings on Renav's servers, hosted by Cloudflare, so you can reach them in a browser you sign in to. A Shared account is visible and editable by household members; an Only me account stays private to you. We do not sell your figures or use them for ads. Export stays free.

Cloudflare Email Service sends sign-in links; it processes the recipient address and message to deliver them. No password is stored. Polar handles web checkout, payment and receipts. Renav keeps the subscription status and billing identifiers needed for Plus access, not your full card details.

When you delete your web account, its data is hidden and Plus is canceled immediately. Your email and account data are kept for 30 days; signing in again during that time restores them. After 30 days, the account data is erased, including backups.

The site remembers your appearance choice in browser storage. Cloudflare handles network addresses and request details to deliver the site and reference data. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits to each page without cookies and without following you across sites. Write to support@renav.app with any question.
